Is the first listing really free?
Yes. A new workspace can publish one listing with no card: it stays live for 14 days on its ListVivid web address, with a small “Made with ListVivid” line. Print brochures, social banners, your own domain and removing that line come with a paid listing or a plan.
Is this a subscription?
No, unless you want one. One listing is $39 once and stays live for 60 days. The Agent plan ($39 a month, up to 5 listings live) and the Team plan ($99 a month, up to 20) are for agents with several listings at a time; cancel any time.
What happens after 60 days?
A listing paid once goes offline after 60 days and its draft stays. Pay $39 again to put it back live for another 60 days, or move it to a plan.
What happens when my plan ends?
Listings on the plan go offline and their drafts stay. Listings paid once stay live until their end date, and a listing you paid for but have not published yet stays yours.
What if I have more listings than my plan holds?
Archive one to free its place, move to the Team plan for up to 20, or pay for the extra one once.
How do I pay?
At checkout, handled by our payment partner, Polar. Nothing is charged while you draft and preview.
