A single property website for every listing
One home, one web address, your name on it. Built from your photos and notes, with inquiries that come straight to you.
What buyers see
One home, told well: the cover photo, the price and facts, then the photos room by room.
- A photo gallery with room tabs, on any screen
- Floor plans, 3D tour link, map and open house times when you have them
- Your name, license line and brokerage, sized for your state's rules
- Virtually staged photos are labelled
Inquiries come to you
A buyer's inquiry goes to the email of the listing's agents, and your reply goes straight to the buyer.
- Send them to your CRM with a webhook if you use one
- Call-and-text consent is recorded with each inquiry
- Spam protection on every form
- A seller report of views, QR scans and inquiries
It stays yours
AI drafts. You review, edit and publish.
Keep your own website
This is a site for one listing, not a replacement. Link to it from yours, or give it its own domain.
Edit what AI wrote
Every text, the photo order, the cover and the captions. Text fields have length limits, so the layout never breaks.
Publish when you say
You confirm the price and facts, and nothing goes live before that. Five AI drafts per listing are free.
Can a listing have its own domain?
Yes, connect one per listing on a paid listing or a plan. We check it before it goes live. A domain that names the street or house number is refused when the address is hidden.
What does “hide exact address” do?
The street, ZIP and map pin are never sent to the browser. The web address is neutral too.
How does the Fair Housing check work?
Every drafted field passes a filter for phrases that signal who may or may not live there, modelled on HUD’s advertising guidance. The editor checks your own edits as you type.
What is the “Made with ListVivid” line?
A small line at the very bottom of the site. A paid listing or a plan can turn it off. It never appears on MLS tours or seller previews.
